UCSB is continuing the rollout of multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Duo to campus applications.
On July 11, 2022, DocuSign will require you to log in using DUO. Staff, faculty, and students logging into DocuSign and who have not set up an MFA/DUO account for themselves will need to do so in order to access DocuSign to send or manage envelopes (note: you will continue to be permitted to sign envelopes via an email link which does not require you to log into DocuSign). Provided you have already set up MFA/DUO (for use with UCPath or Kronos, for example), there is nothing new you need to do.
If you have not already set up MFA/DUO, please visit it.ucsb.edu/mfa and enroll your device in MFA with Duo before July 11, 2022.
